Context & Strategy:
Faced with a competitive market and slowing residential sales, I developed a campaign to attract agents interested in commercial real estate – a niche with higher income potential but limited training options. The strategy centred on positioning our brokerage as the solution to this gap.
Execution & Impact:
I led the campaign end-to-end: creating Meta and YouTube ads focused on income growth, building a custom landing page to capture leads, and nurturing prospects with targeted Mailchimp email flows. The campaign culminated in a live seminar showcasing our commercial expertise, resulting in 60+ agent sign-ups for follow-up and onboarding 10 new agents within 15 days, validating a new recruitment strategy for the brokerage.
Budget & Lead Cost:
The campaign ran on a lean budget of $400 total, achieving impressive results with a cost per lead of approximately $5.83. This efficient spend demonstrated a strong targeting and messaging strategy, maximizing ROI by converting high-quality leads into agent sign-ups.
